Smokin’ Willies Guide to Great Grillin’ has become “that book” in my kitchen. When I need to get a great dish on the table fast and easy this is it! The book has year round delicious BBQ recipes. My family’s favorite is the Asian Lettuce Wraps. They are easy and go with so many dishes. I like the fact that the recipes have a great step by step instructions and I love the music suggestions. They really do match the dish! The only thing that could be better with this book is if Smokin’ Willie came to your house and prepared the dish for you!
